Jason Pope Williams ("Jason," "I," "me," or "my") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use Magnetic by Nature, Invisible to Magnetic, MBN, The No-App Method, The Slow Burn Method, INFJ Dating, related websites and landing pages, Kajabi checkout and email pages, the Skool community, coaching services, forms, recordings, downloads, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy should be read together with the applicable Terms of Use and, when relevant, any private coaching agreement or offer-specific terms.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, purchasers, subscribers, community members, coaching clients, applicants, callers to the anonymous-message line, and other people who interact with the Services.
The Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If I learn that I collected personal information from a person under 18, I will take reasonable steps to delete it.
2. Information I Collect
Information you provide directly may include:
Information collected automatically may include:
Information received from others may include:
3. Sensitive Personal Information
Some information you voluntarily share may be sensitive, including information about dating, relationships, sexual life, sexual orientation, mental or emotional experiences, identity, or other highly personal matters.
I use sensitive information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services you request, personalize coaching or course support, respond to you, maintain safety and integrity, and comply with law. Where applicable law requires consent for processing sensitive information, I will request that consent.
You are not required to share more sensitive information than you are comfortable providing. Do not include another person’s private or identifying information unless you have a lawful and appropriate reason to do so.
4. How I Use Information
I may use personal information to:
5. Transactional and Marketing Communications
I may send transactional or relationship communications necessary to provide the Services, such as receipts, account notices, access instructions, scheduling information, security messages, support replies, and changes affecting a purchase.
I may send marketing emails when permitted. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional or relationship messages connected to an active purchase, account, or service.
You may also request removal from marketing by emailing [email protected]. I will process opt-out requests as required by applicable law.
6. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
The Services may use essential cookies and similar technologies for login, security, account access, preferences, checkout, referrals, and platform operation.
Analytics tools may collect information about how visitors use the Services. If Google Analytics is used, Google may collect and process data as described in Google’s own terms and privacy disclosures.
Advertising tools and pixels, including tools made available by Meta, Google, or other platforms, may be used to measure campaigns, build audiences, limit repeated ads, or show more relevant advertising. These tools may associate activity across websites, apps, browsers, or devices according to their own policies and your settings.
You can control cookies through browser settings and, where available, a cookie or privacy-preference tool. Disabling certain technologies may cause parts of the Services to function incorrectly.
7. How Information Is Disclosed
I do not sell personal information for money.
I may disclose information to:
Service providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. I encourage you to review those policies when using third-party platforms.
8. Kajabi, Skool, Community Posts, and Direct Messages
Course and account information may be processed through Kajabi and Skool. Posts, comments, profile details, reactions, and other information you place in community areas may be visible to other members according to the platform settings.
Do not post information you want to keep private. Other members may copy, save, or share information despite community rules, and I cannot guarantee what another member will do.
Direct messages and coaching communications are treated as private under the applicable terms and coaching agreement, but they are not protected by therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or similar legal privilege.
9. Coaching Applications, Intake Information, and Recordings
Application and intake responses are used to evaluate fit, understand goals and circumstances, prepare for sessions, personalize coaching, maintain records, and provide support.
Coaching sessions may be recorded only after notice is provided. Recordings are generally provided for the client’s private review and handled according to the coaching agreement.
I will not publicly use an identifiable recording, testimonial, photograph, video, or personal story without separate permission. Generalized or anonymized themes may be discussed when identifying details are removed, subject to the coaching agreement.
10. Anonymous Message Line
The phone number (503) 404-8050 may be used as an anonymous dating, attraction, relationship, or personal-story message line.
By leaving a message, you understand that the message is recorded and that the recording, an edited excerpt, or a transcription may be used anonymously in public content. Messages may be edited for length, clarity, audio quality, or removal of identifying details.
Do not state your full name, another person’s name, phone number, workplace, address, social-media handle, or other identifying information. I will not intentionally publish the caller’s phone number.
Anonymity cannot be guaranteed when a caller includes identifying information, uses a recognizable voice, or describes circumstances that allow others to identify the people involved. Do not leave a message unless you accept this risk and the disclosed potential use.
Leaving a message does not create a coaching relationship, and the line is not monitored for emergencies or crisis support.
11. Payments
Payment-card information is ordinarily collected and processed by Kajabi Payments, Stripe, or another payment provider. I may receive limited information such as purchaser name, email, billing address, payment status, amount, date, last four digits, and transaction identifiers.
Payment providers process information under their own privacy policies and security practices.
12. Data Retention
I retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts and access, complete transactions, meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping duties, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and protect legitimate interests.
Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably needed, I may delete, de-identify, or securely archive it, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Requests to delete information may not require deletion of records that must be retained for legal, financial, security, dispute-resolution, or contractual reasons.
13. Security
I use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the size of the business.
No method of transmission, storage, or online communication is completely secure. I cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk.
If I learn of a data incident requiring notice under applicable law, I will provide notice as required.
14. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

The Services may link to third-party websites, apps, products, or services. I am not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any third party before providing information.
